Bellyfull Bites

Almonds are a good source of protein. This butter can be consumed guilt free as it doesn’t contain any added oil or sugar. Even kids who are hesitant to eat whole nuts will definitely love this butter. It can be used as spreads on bread, rotis, biscuits or it can be enjoyed as it is.   • 2 cups almonds
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
